In order for you to be able to use your full potential in the future, it is important that we look into your past together to dissolve the old so that the new can arise. We do this through a guided meditation. There we look together at what happened in the past so that the now can be resolved and your vision of the future becomes tangible. In this way you free yourself from your old patterns and beliefs and can go through life more freely and with more ease in the future, which will open up completely new possibilities for you.

 

Because did you know that you are only really aware of 5% of your entire consciousness? The remaining 95% is in your subconscious and makes you behave one way or another in certain situations. Because your consciousness is like a system on a computer that has learned through experience how to behave. But now this system is outdated in certain areas and we want to look at this together, in which areas we can update your old system so that you can solve your old systems.

Now you're probably wondering what exactly a vision is. A target? Something to achieve? No not really. A vision is a goal coupled with values. This means that you connect your goal to emotions that you want to live your life by, because then it becomes tangible. Together we will then look at your goals and your values so that we can combine them. Then you will realize that you may be able to achieve your goals in other ways. As the saying goes: Many roads lead to Rome!
